Living at southpark has been great. The amenities are convenient, living space is nothing short of amazing, and it’s a great accommodation for dog or cat owners. The move in process was mostly smooth despite some inconveniences with the weather.

Southpark on Whyte in Edmonton is undoubtedly a great abode. Not just the property, there is great warmth in the personnel here. Overall atmosphere is of today's modern communities with presence of both, the privacy and appropriate social engagement.

I’ve been living here for over a month and found the location is great for restaurants and local shopping. The units are so quiet with being right on the ave. The management staff have been great and helpful not only in the building but with the local attractions as well. I’m definitely happy with choosing this building as my home in Edmonton.

It almost has been a month since we started living here, and it has been great ! Its a prime location with restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, cafes etc and its really close to the university making it easy to commute.
